This property management position is to oversee a portion of our clients downtown Buffalo properties as well as three other mechanics. The properties include three apartment buildings (consisting of about 100 units), a four-story office building, and a handful of vacant properties. Their properties are very high-end and their clients expect the best.
Clean, class A commercial drivers license. Experience in hauling 45 or 53 foot tractor trailer preferred.
Physically Fit. You will be required to move over 100 lbs. regularly loading and stocking the truck. For the most part, this will be on your own work.
Because this is only for companies in Western New York, existing geography knowledge of Buffalo and its suburbs is beneficial.
