For this job you need to know a little bit about everything. You need to know enough to be able to assess a situation and determine a proper and effective course of action. That action might be to replace the thermocouple yourself; or it might be to call a heating company to replace a cracked heat exchanger.
This property management position is to oversee a portion of our clients downtown Buffalo properties as well as three other mechanics. The properties include three apartment buildings (consisting of about 100 units), a four-story office building, and a handful of vacant properties. Their properties are very high-end and their clients expect the best.
Our client is a provider of commercial & residential alarm systems, CCTV, access control, medical monitoring and Safe & Lock services and products. In addition, they own and operate a U. L. Listed central station in upstate NY. One hundred years in business–folks who work here tend to work here for a long time.
He’s looking for someone to take the reins and be the lead on his projects. Finding the right person would free him up to sell more jobs and get more work.
You should have some basic carpentry experience. Be quick with your tape measure. Be proud that you own a couple of finish tools and generally, know how to use them.
