That action might be to replace the thermocouple yourself; or it might be to call a heating company to replace a cracked heat exchanger.
This property management position is to oversee a portion of our clients downtown Buffalo properties as well as three other mechanics. The properties include three apartment buildings (consisting of about 100 units), a four-story office building, and a handful of vacant properties. Their properties are very high-end and their clients expect the best.
Wanted is a full-time autocad draftsman with experience in HVAC, sprinkler & plumbing.
