For this job you need to know a little bit about everything. You need to know enough to be able to assess a situation and determine a proper and effective course of action. That action might be to replace the thermocouple yourself; or it might be to call a heating company to replace a cracked heat exchanger.
This property management position is to oversee a portion of our clients downtown Buffalo properties as well as three other mechanics. The properties include three apartment buildings (consisting of about 100 units), a four-story office building, and a handful of vacant properties. Their properties are very high-end and their clients expect the best.
Year round work and permanent employment. This company does not turn-over employees. And they have never laid off during the winter. Medical insurance, 401k, vacation and holiday pay. The value of a good reputation to back you up (they’ve been in the business for 15 years!)
