Komlan is a West African transplant who has been in the States since early 2011. He has completed a ten week pre apprenticeship in construction training through Buffalo’s Outsource Center. There, he learned to hang drywall, interior painting and general carpentry work.

The Carpenters category is probably the broadest of the skilled trades. On the commercial end it includes steel studs and drywall. It also includes windows, doors, and interior finishes. On the residential side it includes rough framing, remodeling, and finish work such as cabinets, stairs, trim, doors and windows.
