If you get hurt and your injury is not life or limb threatening, go to an approved facility listed below.   If your injury is life or limb threatening, then of course, go to the nearest medical facility.   Complete an accident report (in our office) within 24 hours of any incident.   Any follow-up medical care should be at an approved facility listed below.
